About the project

This project is located in Paliashvili str. The first floor of the 10-storey building covers completely commercial space, the rest is for living. Although the building is in a densely populated area, the project does not limit the public interest. It is a synthesis of traditional classical and modern architecture, which ensures that the project fits perfectly into the street.

Materials used

The main part of the building is covered with Eklar stone, the lower part is relatively dark. The aluminum construction at the top of the building contrasts with the eklar stone and white details, which make it stand out and give it an interesting tint.
