The wine factory is located in Mtskheta, in the Armazi gorge. The building is surrounded by beautiful views of nature:  To the north there is the Mtkvari river, to the east there is the recreational space, the church to the south and the west driveway makes a visit to the wine factory, despite the difficult terrain, easy and comfortable.

 The visuals of the four-story building are decided in a modern, minimalist style, although the open picture windows and green details make the concrete exterior facade more memorable and distinctive. The exterior of the building blends in perfectly with the environment owing to natural surface of roof, and the interior divided into three levels based on functionalities:

 -3 and -1 floor: work zone

-1 floor: seating area and office

 0 floor: Wine Tasting space for guests
