About the project:

This 12-story building is located in the city of Tbilisi. The first floor consists of commercial spaces while the rest is residential. The building is tailored so as to suit society's best interests and combines modernity with the classical style which makes it all-the-more attractive to residents and by-passers.

Materials used:

The building is lined with travertine stone and the balconies are secured with modern glass railing. As for the facade, constructivist elements are used which in overall create a sophisticated and beautiful composition.
